  • Can I have a fence around my home?
    Yes! For your privacy and comfort, we do allow fencing around single family homes. The only exception are chain link fences, which are not allowed due to HOA restrictions.
  • Are pools allowed?
    Yes.
  • What if I don’t like the paint colors shown in the model homes?
    Good news! All of our homes are fully customizable to your liking, all the way down to the kitchen cabinets and light switches
  • I want a house near the pond, when will those be ready?"
    The back area of development is slated for phase 3 and will be some time before they are ready for sale.
  • How do I get to the Reserve of Coopersville?
    If you are coming from Grand Rapids, the easiest way to visit us is by taking I-96 W to exit 19 towards Coopersville. Swing a right at the intersection on 48 th street. We are located off of the first street passed Randall.
